The Michelin-star chef Anne-Sophie Pic is particularly known for her meticulous care she brings to the association of flavours. Conquered by Rémy Savage’s creativity and unique approach of taste, she decided to invite the bartender of the Artesian in London, to her restaurant for an astonishing visual and gustative experience.
In 2014, Rémy Savage was voted “the most imaginative bartender of the world” at the prestigious Bombay Sapphire contest. His winning cocktail included homemade paper syrup!
