Every Thursday and Friday, you are also cordially invited to warm yourself over glühwein and traditional Christmas stollen in the Baur au Lac Park.
On Christmas Eve, our master chefs will once again give free rein to their immense and imaginative skills, gladly spoiling you with creative menus that are the stuff of fantasy. Our sommelier too has composed an exquisite symphony of wines to accompany these culinary delights. Alternatively, feel free to dine à la carte at the Rive Gauche, as usual.
To end the year, we will naturally pull out all the stops (and the corks, of course!). After a festive gala dîner, the grand New Year’s Eve Ball will commence in the public spaces of the Baur au Lac. At midnight, we will then raise our glasses together as a sensational fireworks display unfolds above the lake to see in the New Year.
