In two years as head of the property kitchens, Paolo Sari, the 45 year old Venetian chef has achieved an unusual and exceptional career launching the concept ” Beach goes Bio ” in 2012, while obtaining the level 3 ECOCERT label and managing 75 cooks in 5 Monte Carlo Beach restaurants (Elsa, the Deck, La Vigie, Cabanas, the Sea Lounge). This is also a reward shared with the chef and his team, including the entire Monte-Carlo Beach Relais & Châteaux staff.
