Wer die richtigen “Nürnberger” essen möchte, der sollte entweder zum Bratwursthäusle bei St. Sebald (die-nuernberger-bratwurst.de) oder in das Restaurant Bratwurst Röslein (www.bratwurst-roeslein.de). Auf jeden Fall müssen die kleinen Würste (meist 6 oder besser 12 Stück) vom Holzfeuer kommen. Einzige Ausnahme sind “Drei im Wäckla” (drei Bratwürste im Brötchen), die findet man fast an jedem Essensstand in Nürnberg.
