Guided by the Classic-revisited style that made the success of the new rooms renovated in 2010 and more recently of our Restaurant & Tea Room ‘’Les Confidences du San Régis’’, another part of the building has been totally refurbished, the entire renovation being supervised by the French designer Pierre-Yves Rochon.
Consequently, 50% of the hotel inventory benefits today from this new soft design using bright colours, uncluttered setting, light floral fabrics, contemporary furniture and art-deco stylized bedside lights.
Each room is personalized with soft tones: shading of blues, greens and yellow. Fine materials have been carefully selected, coming from great houses such as: Colefax&Fowler, Manuel Canovas, Zimmer&Rhode, Christian Fischbacher, Pollack, Spinneybeck… the tones nicely coordinated with different patterns: floral, checks, plain… going with the extensive white paneling.
This new interior architecture mostly concerning the Classic Bedrooms and a few Deluxe Rooms, not only embellish the environment with the new soft colours, but also it allows maximizing the comfort with made to measure furniture. The entire décor is underscored by the exquisite bedside tables and coffee table made of cherry wood varnished black or ivory depending on the fabrics, while the desk is made of light mahogany wood. The blend of different wood tones brightens up the whole atmosphere. The Louis XVI armchair reminds the classic style of the San Régis. All renovated rooms offer a luminous décor, both elegant and casual.
Once again Elie Georges, Owner of the Hôtel San Régis, succeeded to achieve a perfect balance between Classic and Contemporary Styles, keeping the unique character and authentic Parisian elegance of this exclusive urban hideaway.
If you never visited the Hôtel San Régis, we invite you to jump into this former 19th century townhouse, to climb the entrance stairs as many famous personalities did since the hotel opening in 1923, then to go ahead until standing under the glass-roof of our new lovely Restaurant & Tea-room ‘’Les Confidences du San Régis’’, and to have a look above the new sky-dome to see the interior facade of the hotel. The renovated part is located in the lower building showing the half-timbering walls and the slate roof. This is such an unusual architecture in the Golden Triangle neighborhood! In the 19th century, this part was dedicated to the employees and horses… The Belle Epoque time!0Need at least 3 ratings
